Young Athletes & Teams
PLEASE research where you send your young athlete for sports training.
There are many options out there and most provide training in strength, speed, or conditioning. With all these options, though, why shouldn't your child be building progress in ALL of these areas?
The answer is they should be and they will with advanced core strength and conditioning. I am a long time athlete and I have been there, I've competed on the big stage, battled through injuries, and I know what it takes to get to the next level.
My philosophy is simple:
I want the workouts to be more challenging than the actual moment of competition. I want your child to be so conditioned to digging deeper and pushing his or her body to new limits that game day is a walk in the park!
F5 is definitely the right choice.
